I have been very pleased with all my vehicle purchases. The staff are friendly and go out of their way for the customers
I bought my Buick Enclave from Northtown and I had superb service. They also really worked with my trade in and I got the best deal!
what a joke buying a truck here they said everything was done to the truck what I had asked for pick the truck up Saturday none of the items were done not a very happy customer, Adam the manager is a real asshole also he would not work with me on the issues that needed to be done left their very pissed off

The management staff promised one thing but did another. Costing more money in long run. Overall would have been a great experience if they kept their promises. I have called Northtown at least 5 times trying to find out answers to why they have not full filled their promises but just keep getting pushed aside. As of right now I would not recommend buying a vehicle here as you can not trust them. The guy named Norm who handles the paperwork keeps giving a run around but never a straightforward answer. Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. Tanner Krantz was awesome to work with, helping us custom order our vehicle and making sure everything was exactly perfect. Mychal Bierwagen was extremely helpful going over the features of the vehicle and Jake Lammers made signing the papers quick and painless. I can't say enough good things about the whole experience, and would recommend Northtown to anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle.
