We went in with the intention to purchase a vehicle. We opted to finance with/through Northtown. When the numbers were presented to us, there was over $9,000 in extra charges that were not related to sales price, sales tax, doc fee, or interest. Not to mention the sales manager refused to identify him/herself or talk to us.
Highly disappointed in this dealership, we drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle on the website labeled as a clean trade — it was very rusty , still dirty from being traded in(still had a square of Sheetrock in the bed), leaky windows, holes in the interior and not a single tire matched, the special is 4K over KBB and our car KBB around 9100 but was offered 9000(no wiggle room) ?? What is the point of a appointment if they aren’t gonna get your vehicle in for a hour after the appointment was supposed to be. Absolute worst service ever... 2 hours for a oil change unbelievable and that’s what my truck looks like after a 2 hour oil change and a car wash
