Dr. Merrill and the dental hygienists are great! Very informative and helpful with giving you the best dental care plan possible.
Everyone was so friendly throughout the entire process. I mean from the time I submitted the online appointment request, until I left the office after my appointment. The staff made sure I understood everything they were doing, which is so helpful because when I’m nervous I forget to ask some of my questions. They made me feel comfortable and listened to. Everyone is the best!
So friendly and so thorough! Discussed all my options with me and I did not feel pressured at all to any decision about my dental health.
Your office, from day one, didn’t keep me waiting for my first visit it did not take me more than that initial encounter to realize that for the first time in my life i had found a dentist I wasn’t afraid of...that was 90% of the battle. I am delighted with the outcome!!
I have always wanted to return to Northstar and now that Dr Bunn has joined and accepts my dental insurance I can. He is a great fit for this practice and meets the high standards that’s Dr. Merrill’s patients have come to expect. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient in explaining my plan of care. With the addition of Steve the pet therapy fellow, I couldn’t be happier!
