As a new patient I found customer service Outstanding! Jill was awesome, she described each procedure, which eased my fears about pain.
I just enjoy going to the dentist with atmosphere and how friendly everyone is. I also enjoyed seeing the little sweet dog there this time . He is so cute and entertaining. Look forward to the next visit in June
They were very friendly, put a great deal of work into the procedure and thoroughly explained to me how things work there. I'm not giving a 10 because I very rarely give 10 star ratings and I thought it was slightly more expensive (though i wouldn't know compared to others).
Great practice with kind and thorough treatment. I am so grateful to have found NorthStar Dentistry. The office is comfortable, the staff is welcoming and friendly and Dr. Merrill is knowledgeable and communicative. Highly recommended!
I was so happy with my visit at North Star December 3,2018. I started with Wendy who was at the front desk and she welcomed me like coming to her home for a friendly visit. Wendy offer me drinks and snacks while I waited. My wait was very brief. I was taken to the back by Amber who was just as lovely as Wendy. The most amazing dentist! Dr. Merrill is so bright and friendly and knows his stuff. I have had nothing but good experiences with him. His hygienists are also super nice and do a great job! Not to mention, the amazing warm lavender towel after, and the new precious therapy dog Steve! Dr. Merrill is definitely a top-notch dentist.
