Dr. Merrill and his wonderful staff are the best. They treat me like I am a family member. They are the most gentle and concern group of professionals ever. It is so important to get a pleasant voice over the phone. When I call it is always a smile you hear over the airways; when you enter the office so pleasant and caring. I came in for my new patient consultation and immediately felt very welcomed. Everybody that I encountered while I was there was inviting and friendly and extremely helpful. I came in to discuss my option with cosmetic enhancements and felt like all of my needs/wants were heard and taken into account when discussing a treatment plan. I was very pleased with my visit and am more than excited to come back to have my treatment plan started.
I do not look at your online presence--have never seen it.
Staff is always friendly and service is always prompt and thorough. I love my dentist!
