I haven't even lived here for even 6 months, and my ac has broken twice. Under new management, it's been 2 days, they'll say someone is coming to fix it, and it still isn't fixed. Also that if it rains, they can't work anymore. When maintenance did come by they said they'd come back in 2 hours, but never did and it still isn't fixed (it also wasn't raining!) Beautiful community! The grounds are very well kept you can tell. Office staff very nice and welcoming. The pool area & fitness center very nice. great location to move close to nearby 35 & mopac with your main stores close by like walmart & heb and my favvvvvv Mcdonalds � i enjoy living here
Went and took a tour of this apartment complex, everyone was really nice and helpful. The grounds are nicely kept up and the apartments are really pretty.
I really love this property. Even the smallest one bedroom has room for a dining table. The remodels are excellent on the inside. They've done more with this property on the exterior than any other remodel I've seen. Can't beat the location on Cap Metro and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Nice patios too.
