Building has a serious mold issue I’ve attempted to contact the property about for weeks with no resolution. Considering legal action at this point because it’s ruining all of my furniture, clothes, shoes etc
I recently visited the north side apartments looking for a place to rent and was treated with excellent service from Lavonda Hanson . She informed me that they didn’t have anything available at the time so I asked can I still have a tour and she sure . The tour was amazing and some of the tenets were very welcoming .
Today I had the difficult task of having to clean out my mom‘s apartment after her passing As we walked into the building, Trying to get into the elevator a voice from inside the office said if you lived here you’ll know that the elevator doesn’t work. BE CAREFUL!!! BE CAREFUL!!! WHEN THINGS SEEMS TO BE GOOD TO BE TRUE IS BECAUSE IT IS. The management is a such a mess! They will charge you $235.00 Dollars, asking for tons of papers and documentation and in the end guess what? They will keep asking for more papers. They don't pay attention on the documents the you submitted, if you try to call then they will put in the hold for more than 10 minutes, they will ask for your assets ( that's right, ASSETS ), bank statement???
