We love Northside Medical and all of the staff there. We haven’t seen one doctor or nurse practitioner that hasn’t been great. They have made follow up calls to check in on my children after sick visits. I love that they have the option of appointments or walk-ins and the after-hours and weekend hours. I recommend this office anytime someone asks for a recommendation.
The doctors, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and staff are wonderful. These people are a blessing to our family.
Our whole family goes to Northside Medical. We love this office and can’t imagine going anywhere else, they treat us like family!!! Can not say enough good about this office.
I don't even want to give them one star. I was 15 minutes late to an appt due to a 2 hour delay in traffic. I called to let them know twice and got hung up on....TWICE. When I show up, Charles Cornell refuses to see me and wants to reschedule without even seeing what happened or why. The irony is that I have had to wait over an hour before to see one of the "professionals" there and the last appointment I had with him required well over a 15 minute wait. The doctors are great but one particular person in the office is very very unprofessional. No one deserves to be treated the way this woman treated my mother today.
I was looking for a new Doctor , do loosening the one I had for about 30 yrs. I fealt them Welcome me in as I new PATIENT there. EVERYONE VERY KIND &I THINK I WILL BE LIKING MY NEW Dr there Dr Shawn Gentry. He took time to answer my Questions &visit. Instead of stopping in &right out. Thank for all be do kind in to WELCOMING me &Family to this practice!!
