Daughter went on 10/19/20 Dr. Monroe was to treat her. They were very rude including the nurse. They acted like it was a burden to even treat patient and we are the ones paying for service. To me that is very unprofessional and you are a doctor. Shame on you and your staff. Never be back!

While the drs and nurses are very nice, the front desk women (I refuse to call them ladies) are the most rule, vile, and hateful people on the planet. The drs should realize that they are the “face” of your practice and make you look unprofessional and bad. Go elsewhere.
RecommendedI cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience tonight. We were greeted with genuine care at the front desk. Our nurse was super understanding and professional. The X-ray tech was THE BEST! The doctor was very clear and explained the next steps for my 8 year old’s fractured leg. So thankful they were open today and extremely helpful!
