All of the staff were super nice and thoughtful except for the nurse practitioner Kristy Yentes. She was judgmental, wouldn’t listen to what I was trying to tell her, ignored my past medical history, and would only talk about her experience in relation to everything. She didn’t out right call me a liar about what I was telling her, but everything she said pointed toward that assumption. I would recommend Northside, but not her. Find someone else.

RecommendedVery professional as the name says and great atmosphere.
The wait was too long just to get flu test results on the weekend with barely any patients in here. I don’t care that it’s Saturday and lunch time. No sense or need in dragging it out like this.
As always we received amazing care, greeted with a smile, and quick! Lindsey Hill and Dr. Gentry take care of my entire family and we couldn’t be more thankful! Even in this busy season they continue to provide exceptional care!!
RecommendedAlways wonderful patient care! Allison Rolston and her nurse Christie are simply amazing! They have always gone above and beyond for me! The girls in the lab are great as well!
