They were friendly and efficient but a down payment doesn't allow you leave with the car, instead they hold it for you with the deposit going towards the cars final price. The down payment is non refundable even if you decide not to get the vehicle
Iman is the best!!! I purchased a 2019 Nissan Altima Sr from these guys and have nothing but great things to say! I had a few minor issues with the vehicle when I got home but went straight to Iman and they had these problems fixed for me asap as promised and haven’t had a problem since ! I purchased it in June of 2024 and the car is currently running amazingly! Will definitely do business with north side imports again!
Do not buy here unless you are prepared to buy a clunker, possibly risk your personal safety and spend a lot of money for repairs. This dealership only sells rebuilt-title cars with no warranties and sold as-is -- they are upfront about this information. My son bought a car on 2/5. As he was leaving work to go home on 2/6 (one day after purchase), the car completely SHUT DOWN on the Interstate leaving him stranded. I am thankful my son didn't die or get into an accident.
