The spring on our double garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I called to leave a voice mail message but got a live voice. I explained both vehicles were inside but that there was no need to leave that day. The repairmen arrived at 7:30 AM the next morning and were done in less than one hour - this was after getting the door up so I could remove both vehicles so they could work safely. They answered all of my questions on care of the door, our opener - were nice, kind and reasonable. They will be who we call in the future.
Our garage door broke on a Friday. We called Northside garage door systems and within 20 minutes our technician was on the job. He was very efficient and very friendly. He fixed our door that had come off it's tracks within 30 minutes and was on his way. We were charged a very fair rate especially for being on the weekend and after hours. Thank you guys very much for the service. You have earned a lifelong customer.
We called on a Sunday night with a broken spring and our door wouldn't elevate. Not only did they come right out, but they were also friendly, efficient and fixed a potential bracket disaster in the making. Thank you! Definitely recommend Northside Garage Doors.
I was extremely satisfied with the service. The technicians fixed some things that my last garage door repair service failed to attend to, even when those problems were pointed out at the time. The price was right in the service excellent.
I was having a problem with my garage door sticking half way up. I called and got an appointment right away. The technician was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain why my garage door was getting stuck and what he would do to fix it. This is the second time I have used Northside and my experience has been great. Will definitely call again whenever I have another problem with my garage door.
Our spring broke on our garage door and they were able to come out and fix it in one trip. Very fast service. They adjusted it and it works better than ever. Highly recommend
