They do all our servicing at our shop (Hamilton County Highway Department) and they're always so friendly and do their jobs well. We just used them at my house and they did a SUPER job at a very reasonable price! I will recommend them to everyone!!

Northside Garage Door Systems has bailed us out several times! From paint sticking to the plastic seal around the door, a teen driver who nailed the garage door tracking bar while backing out, and recently to quickly replace a broken spring in less than 24 hrs. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and consistent- that's why we are regular customers!
They were at my house in an hour after I called about a broken spring and had it fixed in 45 minutes. Excellent service and friendly, professional technician. Highly recommend!
We have had them work on our door four times, replaced both springs at different times. Had to have door supports added twice. They have always been very quick to come out. Workers have been very nice, and repair was very quick.
We had a balance spring break over the weekend. With both cars out of the garage is was not am emergency. We called Northside as they had a sticker on the door from the previous owner. They also came recommended by friends. They were onsite within 24 hrs of our call Monday morning, replaced both springs, upgraded the rollers and had everything adjusted and lubricated within an hour.
Fantastic service, as they were out in under 24 hours for an emergency call. Their staff is honest, upfront and knowledgable. They were able to identify the issue and provide exact pricing over the phone...after hours too! I highly recommend Northside Garage Door Systems to anyone who needs a repair or replacement of their garage door/opener.
