Thought we were going to need a new garage door, but they were able to repair our present door and saved us a lot of money. Very nice workers and office staff.
Had an "incident" involving the tailgate of my car and our garage door. Thought for sure we'd have to get a new door. Called after hours, assuming I'd get a voicemail, and ended up talking with a technician. When I told him what happened, he said he'd take a look, and we may not need a new door after all. Northside Garage Door Systems did an excellent repair of my garage door. They were prompt, explained the problem to me and proceeded to fix it in a timely manner. The serviceman was very nice and made sure my garage door was in perfect working order before he left with the reassurance that if it did not work, he would come back to fix it.; It is working perfectly!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called Northside Garage Door Systems immediately after the spring broke loose on my garage door. "We'll have someone there in 15-20 minutes". Fast, efficient, and a very reasonable price. My first experience with NGDS and probably won't be my last.
Spring broke on our oversized garage door. North Side Garage Door Systems Inc were at our home within an hour. They fixed the spring, changed the cables, and oiled all the parts. Gene was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
They just rescued me from a broken garage door spring after hours with a smile. They are straight up great people! I will never call any other company. Highly recommended. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
Call them up. Phone call on SUNDAY at 4:30 and work was finished at 5:30. Highly recommended. Honest work and very fair prices.
