Excellent professional
I had broken a crown and got in to have it checked. Everyone was very thoughtful and thorough. All work needed was detailed and explained. Everyone was professional and understanding. I have a fear of dentist, but I know they will take every care possible with my teeth and handle my anxiety.
As always the staff members make you feel like you’re a part of a big family love this place
This was my first visit and Paige, Tammy and Dr. Grishin made it a pleasant and painless visit!
I hate going to the dentist but Dr Kaelin and his assistant Nicole are so amazing!!! They have such great bedside manner, easily explaining every step of the process and don't make you feel dumb when you ask questions. They make you feel like they've known you forever, that kind of treatment is so priceless when you have to go through a dental procedure.
Outstanding experience! Great check up and cleaning. Highly recommend Northside.
I continue to come to this dental practice because I truly believe you care about your patients. Nothing I have experienced has remotely shaken that confidence.
