They really listen and take good care of you here. I have really bad anxiety and the staff are supportive and try to make you comfortable. Five stars! ⭐️

Very good experience at the dentist.
Appointment started on time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know. They completed my dental work without delay, and then set a date for my next appointment.
Juliette is always incredibly nice and understanding. Making things easy to understand and promoting small changes that would enhance teeth care. I'm a habitual dentist hopper but have committed to northside dental due to the amazing staff and overall treatment experience.

Four of my five kids have had great teeth, but my youngest has significant feeding issues and oral defensiveness, which has led to a cavity before age 5. We were originally referred to Expedition Dental, but were NOT impressed with how they tried to work with our son. I begged Dr. Smith to give him a chance to have his cavity treated by her, the dentist he is comfortable with and trusts. Dr. Smith agreed and was phenomenal with him. So gentle and patient. Have been using Northside Dental for years and for good reason. Excellent customer service in all areas, from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants and the dentists. Highly recommend.
I am pleased with getting my new upper plate. It took awhile but finally got everything working. I suggest you try them. You'll be glad you did.
