My hygienist, Angee was very thorough and gentle/aware of my sensitive areas. I had an hour long cleaning scheduled and she spent an hour and 15 making sure I was completely satisfied. Not only is she, but Paige and Juliet completely knowledgeable about their work and invested in making sure the patients are educated as well. I see Dr smith and her team and she is always so pleasant, kind, and informative. Highly recommend! From front office to back office staff, everyone I've met here has been lovely.
Northside dental has a very professional staff. It is a pleasure to be a patient there.
Paige provided excellent, gentle, caring, professional care of my teeth. I go regularly for perio maintenance and can't recommend her enough!

It was a pleasant experience The people are great. and I felt I could trust them. Many times it feels like medical offices are after you money. I didn't get that from them. They were all kind and respectful.
I had a tooth that I needed removed. The dental tech Kati helped me get clearance from my doctor and get an appointment. Dr Grishin was through with deadening the area and did good job removing the tooth and giving instructions to follow after the extraction. This office is very caring and made me feel secure and comfortable.
I always have a good experience at Northside. This last time Dr Smith and Julia were very friendly and considerate, I actually had a great time! They chatted with me and each other, and several times told me to let them know if I experienced any discomfort, which rarely happened. I highly recommend them.

All in all satisfied with the service for not going in 25 years do to an irrational fear of the scraping. Helpful and understanding with my disability. They offer coffee in the office which is an indication that I’m a person and not just a number.
