I was in town for a week of business training and sprained my ankle (again). It was excruciating, swollen...cankle doesn't begin to explain. The nurse was friendly, she acknowledged my injury... looking me in the eye while I explained what was going on. The doctor came in and was personable, matter-of-fact, and was terrific at explaining the injury and how it happens and what may have caused it to become re-injured. I went in this morning after accidentally calling the wrong urgent care location with questions, and speaking with the staff. I was extremely satisfied with the staff, procedure, knowledge, and overall experience. So much so that I asked if she was a primary doctor and she said she was. (No pressure like a previously reported review?). I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and am thankful for their promptness and professionalism.
