I have had no problems with my doctor's who I see and others all very nice and friendly to me as a patient.
Rude as hell really never gave me much hope when I was being seen by this team
Can't even get in the door. On 3 or 4 separate occasions they have cancelled appointments that were chosen on specific dates because they worked with my job and two days before try to make you reschedule two months later. Happened with neurology and sleep med. I recommend going elsewhere if you would like to actually have an appointment, much less talk about your health.
Made an appt 3 months ago and recently have been having migraines every day for the past 11 days I was supposed to have my appt tomorrow to figure out what is going on. They called this morning and verified that I’ll be there and then called again later today around 215pm and canceled my appt after telling me the provider wouldn’t be in. Liked the experience with Ph.D-Ms.T.Kordes and her explanations to my cognitive concerns following a concussion sustained during MVA. But Unfortunately absolutely lost of my time during the test on 12/07/23 at 12:00 p.m. est, with test assistance Brenda.
