RecommendedI’ve been here for about a year and half. There are pluses and minuses about in apartment complex. Over all it’s a very clean and nice place to live. They are always fast to fix anything broken which hasn’t happened much for me though. Parking can be hard at times but not much they can do about it. The manager of the property is great. Alway nice and very direct.. has helped me out many times with things that she didn’t need to.

Not enough parking and crazy rules. During COVID lost my job and got no help at all.
This CityGreen community just gets better by the day. When one of the managers stops her car to get out and pick up a piece of trash in the parking lot that isn't hers, you know you live somewhere where they care about the details. Thank you for setting the example! Best apartments in Chattanooga.
Lived at CityGreen for 4 years. I liked it most because it is exceptionally pet friendly. Maintenance always makes repairs timely and is willing to assist in all ways necessary to make your living experience there comfortable. Mgmt works hard to keep the complex updated and residents doing their part to make sure it stays nice. I wish that all of the residents cared as much as Darcey does about the property. Only reason we moved is because we purchased a home. Thanks for making my residency there pleasant!
maintenance team and office staff are exceptional. the location is perfect and the resort style pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake.
Moved here in August and have been loving the location and community. Quietest apartments I've ever lived in, I can't even hear when it's raining and I'm sitting near the balcony door (I live on the top floor). Really dog friendly and plenty of places to walk them and stations with baggies to clean up afterwards.
Lived here for a year and loved the community . Josh, Darcy and Natasha go above and beyond for their residence . The maintenance staff are FANTASTIC, any issues I had were addressed typically within 24 hours .
They will tow ALL of your friends if you live here...
We love Citygreen � Natasha & Josh in the office are always so helpful no matter what the situation. The maintenance staff is prompt & friendly. Honestly, we tried living in another apartment to save money & ended up moving back 2 months later. We won't live anywhere else until it's time to buy a house.
