We moved in in April of 2016, it is nice the apartments are small!
Moved into Northport a week ago & we love it. The apartment is nice and we feel like we live in Florida but no palm tree :). LOVE The pond view.
I have lived here almost 3 years and can't say enough good things about Northport. Thanks to Shelby and Tony for helping me today. Once again a job well done.
My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year. A couple weeks ago we received a letter stating that rent was going up $35/mth even though they have done nothing to the inside or outside of the complex. Despite having good tenants who pay every month on time...they are still asking for more money. Thanks northport.
Living here was great. Then I moved out and my security deposit was taken and I was charged another $400 for "stained carpets and resurfacing countertops". There were no stains in my carpet and the counter was the same as when I moved in.. I'm an OCD clean freak. Fuck you Northport/Edward Rose :)
lived here for one yr.wife and i love it planning on staying.staff is great,couldent think of a better place to live.
