The worst place to stay ever they charged me 4000$ to move out when I broke my contract after 3 years staying there and I had to pay damages too stay away text me if you don’t believe me I will send you proofs .Don’t do the mistake that we did !!!

My boyfriend and I recently moved out of this community after renting for a year. We just received a letter informing us that we owed over 100 dollars in repairs on top of our 500 dollar security deposit that they took as well for carpet stains? When we left we took pictures or every single room and cleaned very well and there was not a single stain.
