RecommendedI've lived at Northport Apartment for many years. They have great maintenance people and the office staff always works with me if there are any concerns. I like that there is a full washer and dryer in my apartment and a pond view too!
We love living here it’s like big family. The staff is amazing and maintenance is is there when you need them.

Just came back from Court. Thank you for suing us. Beware tenants.The “to do list” before move out is only informative. Your deposit will NOT be reimbursed. You’ll be sued in no time. Been there, done that. Won some of the $ back. Document everything! Ask 4 copy of the inspection before moving out!!! Document work orders. Take Pictures , pictures, pictures!!!! Have tried multiple times to call, and the leasing staff seem not to care answering the phone. Placed a work order for my broken A/C on May 18, and no one has showed up to take care of it. Same problem every year since i moved in. It's just a broken wire outside the building that causes the problem, and they still don't care to isolate that wire and make it work. It's a great place to live, good location, and provides good amenities, however the maintenance experience is quite sub-par in our experiences. Had a work order for the sink disposal to be fixed, maintenance came while we were at work, left a note saying "disposal works fine, switch is on the right". Yea we knew which switch operated it, and when turned on, it still makes the most pathetic noise of attempting to dispose of things and smells like it's burning up, but thanks for telling me which switch operated it!
