Absolutely the best experience. Yes, we had to wait as we were a walk in emergency and more serious cases arrived. But, the wait was worth it. All of the staff was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The veterinarian we saw was a delight of knowledge and people skills. She cared about our dog and us. She gave us wonderful ideas to help keep our dog comfortable. We drove 45+ minutes to get there and it was well worth it. The icing was when we paid the bill. Many thanks to Dr. Pillitteri and all the staff for the kind and thorough care we always receive. Our two Chihuahuas, Chester and Spike, were in yesterday for a routine visit. Even though the staff was extremely busy with emergencies, there was absolutely no compromise in the quality of care and service. We love coming here!!!
My cat SAMMY received excellent care. Doctors and Staff are always kind and attentive to her special needs. She gets in her travel cage willingly everyday to get her bandages changed.

Thank you Northpointe for taking wonderful care of my Dee-Oh-Gee, I came in with a concern and discovered my concern was correct but for the wrong reasons. I'm a teacher not a vet so I'm not worried about that. My poor boy's prostate is giving him problems, time to neuter and pray his prostate shrinks after procedure. Looking forward to this being all done and my boy feeling better.
