We have always receive the best care from Northpointe. They treat our animals like family. Miss Kitti just spent twelve days there while we were on vacation and seemed quite happy when we picked her up!! Thank you for taking care of her so we could have a worry free vacation.
This was not our first emergency rodeo! No hesitation to get us in right away. They were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Everyone is always extremely friendly and honestly concerned for my fur baby 👍

I absolutely love all the staff here. They are always friendly and very helpful. You can tell they really care about each and every animal and are always helpful with any questions I’ve had. Always great service. Couldn’t imagine taking my animals anywhere else!
You better be ready to have $2,000 upfront and if not you will have to put your animal down. I took my Russian rag doll here because he has a urinary track infection. They wanted $1600 tonight or they put my cat down. They couldn’t wait til tomorrow morning I told them I would have the money but they refused. Laura the vet tech refused to give my cat back to me because they are pushing forward with Euthanize. I told them no I will take my cat some where else.
