Staff and Doctor were very nice. Got us right in for an after-hours emergency. Hopefully my pup will recover quickly.
We have been here a few times and if there was another option with my work schedule I would not go back.
UPDATE: They must've stalked my profile because they basically threatened us and said theyll never take him again because of this review. i never mentioned names. How unprofessional! please help us! this place is nothing but money hungry pigs! Our cat has a urinary blockage and it should have cost us between $750 and $1500 and they want to charge us $2500! this place doesn't care about your animals all! help if you can please! we just want our fur baby to come home!
I am beyond thankful for this place and the amazing people working here! After seeing my own vet and getting zero answers or help for my clearly pained baby- plus no vet in my area taking new patients due to Covid, my Dad suggested Northpointe. The staff got me in that day and I finally got some answers. I'll absolutely drive an hour away any day for that kind of treatment for my pup and I! ❤ Thank you Dr. Bridget Augustin, and thank you Northpoint staff!!
That place is a joke they wanted to charge me 1400 keep my dog and not knowing if he had toxic poisoning or not they didn’t do any test just wanted to keep him and charge me all that money and to top it off you can’t understand what the vet is saying
Awful experience my baby was injured by a 2 year old she was thrown off the bed the kids knew she wasn’t to be in their room ever or picked up but they had only been here a couple weeks and snuck her in their room. I took her in as an emergency was treated like a criminal told I was being reported for animal abuse ( abusereally??? I love my girl as much as my kids that just blows my mind!!) I'm beside myself. I used to believe that Northpointe cared about the animals, but they have become a cash cow. They pack their vet full of animals and claim that they have "criticals" all day long so they can charge everyone emergency prices. I took my dog in for a procedure and patiently waited six hours for him to be seen and his procedure to be done-\-\and picked him up at midnight-\-\and now that his bandages are off, I see the surgery wasn't successful!
