RecommendedWe had a very sick doggy. We took her to Northpointe Veterinary Hospital, because it was on a weekend. They are a 24 hour hospital. They took very good care of our dog. We are so thankful for Dr. Amanda Stuart and her crew.
We had to make the tough decision that it was time to let our lab, Bella go. The staff was amazing. When it was time to place the catheter the girls came in and sat on the floor talking to her telling her what a pretty girl she was and how brave she was being. We were given the option to stay with her or leave the room when the time came. I left but my husband stayed. It helped us knowing how peaceful she was going. Too expensive. Initial costs were misleading and they didn’t get approval on further charges before billing us for them. If a mechanic can call for approval, a veterinary service should be able to call before administrating services that didn’t end up saving our pet’s life anyway. Never stepping foot in there again. The people are super kind and sweet. But the billing policies are seriously messed up.

Took my dog in on an emergency visit on 10/22 she has trouble walking and wasn’t eating at the time. Long story short I was told it would cost between 300 to 400 dollars for xrays and pain meds and nausea medicine my bill was 545 and my dog is still in pain and can barely move. I called Northpointe today because My heart hurts for my baby girl she barely moves and if I pick her up she cries, they said I would have to bring her back in for a new work up with new fees that I cant afford. They took wonderful care of my little dog when she was sick and helped not only reassure me, but my dog as well. They treated us like they care and that is hard to find in vets it seems.
All of the staff and the vets are amazing! no matter what time of day or night, they're ready to take care of our fur babies. They are compassionate and very warm and friendly. We feel very confident and comfortable with the care and treatment they recommend. I recommend them to any and everybody. sometimes it feels like we are there so often it feels like our home away from home. Haha that's what happens when you have six dogs. 😊
