We've been going here since my Jack Russell needed emergency care in 2009. Unfortunately we had to put him down, but the people there were very compassionate. I highly recommend Northpointe. We have since put 3 dogs down there, and have been taking our hound of 8 years old here. We will never go anywhere else.
We had to use this vet due to an emergency for our dog. The staff was AMAZING very kind very passionate. The service was outstanding. Although we had to end up putting our dog to sleep I'm very thankful he had the best service by the staff and Drs during his last moments!!!
These people rock, not only do they love furry people, (some people call them pets, I call them family) they love all people. I will miss all of you and I will come visit with my furry family.......and ps I did cry Thank you so much for the opportunity of being a part of the Northpointe Family.
The new facility is gorgeous, and the staff, as always, excellent. Even with an ER fee, their pricing is reasonable, and it is such a comfort knowing that there is 24 hour care when needed. Keep up the amazing work!!
Had to take our youngest for an emergency appointment and she was cared for with kindness and expertise! Have also had an appointment for our oldest and she received the same. Our middle fur baby goes soon also. We like Northpointe and their staff so much, we are using them for boarding in June too! Highly recommend Northpointe Veterinary Hospital for all your fur baby needs! Personal experience - careful drinking coffee and laughing...I almost spit my coffee out all over & now I think the staff will always remember me!?
