Absolutely lovely! Nice and polite staff was very considerate and caring with my puppy Aiko, who does not like strangers. Best vet clinic I have taken any of my animals too ever!
Last night while I was out of town my beloved puppy Thor escaped the house. Friends dear to my heart located him and he had been hit by car. They rushed him to Northpointe unfortunately the damage was too significant and he was already gone. My friends not knowing what to do requested that the hospital keep him over night until a plan could be made. Everyone I have interacted with at Northpointe has always been super helpful and friendly!
They're not just good at what they do, they are AMAZING people as well. The only reason we'd ever see another vet is if we moved out of the area. They care as much or more about our furbabies as we do! <3
I wouldn't take my cats to any other place. Dr. Vetri took a very personal interest in my cat Spiffy's care, and did everything humanly possible to save him. I will never forget her and Dr. Thompson's concern and kindness!!!! You can tell they truly love all the animals they care for!
