Every step of my exam was explained: what need to be done on what order, how much each procedure would cost both orally and in writing ( further asking if that fee would be amenable to me at the time of the future appointment), but mostly I was treated with respect and patience..answering every question and addressing every issue I had, nothing was rushed and I was given all the time required to make my dental plan crystal clear. Recommendedmy husband is in memory care. he was suffering from throbbing toothache and wasn't able to chew. after the call from memory care, I called North Point at 9 in the morning and they had him in to be seen at 10:30. I was so impressed and they were so kind and helpful to me and my husband, making him feel comfortable. he wasn't even their patient, he had not been there before. I can't tell you how impressed I am with the care
