Everyone has always been flvery friendly and helpful when I have been in. I know from experience customer service of any kind is a though job and they don't seem to let that bother them
Worst bank I've ever had to deal with is why I went elsewhere and wuit using them awhile ago but wanted to see what rates they had. Was in process of buying a vehicle from a dealership and the loan officer, dealership was saying her name was Nikki, was telling dealership that I haven't lived in Michigan for 5 years, which is completely untrue and ridiculous that they would even say that. And she never did anything else. Got financing elsewhere for my new purchase. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I have been with northland for a few years now. I have had no problems what do ever. They have always been exceptional helpful and polite everytime I come in. Atina has been very helpful with all my deposits and withdraws and issues with my cards. Couldn't ask for any better, Keep it up ladies.
I have been with this bank for a few years now and as of today I'm looking for a new bank. I've had my credit card with this bank for a few years now and this was my second time being late on my payment went to go use my debit card and was Decline so I called the bank they said it had a hold on it because my credit card has a late payment.
