They need to clean it up and quit letting the thugs loiter. This used to be a high end mall... It's going down hill fast
Never going back to that mall ever. Shootings outside and inside mall. Fights inside mall.
So much traffic. It was journey getting in and exiting the parking lot. But then again this was a weekend.
So in order to see santa you have to have a reservation??! Great way to let kids know that they are not important and to break their spirits. There was NO ONE in line....but they were all booked up. We asked about skipping the interactive part and just going right to Santa to spend maybe 5 minutes having a picture taken...they were all booked up!! Left with a 5 year thinking Santa didn't want to see her. Thanks Simon Malls!

R u kidding me?.. $35 - $75 to see Santa? This just smacks of commercialism! What are the families who can't afford to do this supposed to tell their kids...that Santa is only for the well to do??? Way to show the true spirit of Christmas👎
Business response:
Hi Tina, Families are welcome to walk up anytime, and if Santa’s schedule is open, visit with Santa for free. Purchasing photos are optional. Families are able to sign up online to see Santa at a time that is most convenient for them, and this includes the Ultimate Santa Adventure interactive experience and photos with Santa for a fee starting at $35. Have a great day!
