Disappointed that the HUGE Looney Tunes play area was taken out and a much smaller one replaced in a different area with very uncomfortable benches. As a mom of two little ones, this mall will be at the bottom of my list to shop & eat here.
You guys need to get a handle on your mall before there's a huge empty eyesore in Huntersville when store after store starts vacating. We used to love to eat at Firebirds even though it's an hour away, but we're never going back again with the monthly shootings and robberies at gunpoint.
I will not be returning. Customer service was an opportunity at every store I went to. Actually Gipeddo's Watch Repair was great.
They need to clean it up and quit letting the thugs loiter. This used to be a high end mall... It's going down hill fast
Never going back to that mall ever. Shootings outside and inside mall. Fights inside mall.
