This was my third time at Northlake, and my last. The mall itself was fine, but the security staff clearly needs training. Went to a 4 pm movie after taking the kids to holiday shop. When we were returning to the Mall the kids (aged 10) ran ahead to the door since it was cold and raining. Why did the guard kick them out saying that they can’t come to the mall without and adult? Nice clean family friendly mall
My daughter cracked her phone so we made the hour and 15 mins drive to this mall to get it fix. As soon as I walked into the mall I told my daughter this looks like a bad mall in New York. the Apple Store was ok, until we went to eat at Charlie's grill stubs, I've never in my life see anything so ghetto and I'm from New York they literally took 45 mins ( I'm not kidding you ) to make a chicken sub, I they had no idea what they were doing than they starting to cursed at each other after the 3 customers who were waiting starte... read more
