Great environment, very professional and super customer service
Each time I have been to the clinic, everyone has been friendly, courteous and very professional. I am beginning to lose my fear of going to the dentist.
The team at Northgate are so professional, yet very comforting. They all do such wonderful work, answer all questions and always Listen to any question you have.
I like that you Dr. Carter and your staff care about your customers.
I called with a semi-urgent situation right before the office Christmas break. They fit me in at the last minute and I didn't even have to wait. Everyone was amazing and totally respectful of my extreme phobia. They made me feel safe and the attitudes of the girls lifted my mood and assured me of caring service. I appreciate the thoroughness of the new patient exam. I was able to see what has been missed from my previous dentist as well as area's I can improve upon that I was unaware of. The staff was great, very welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Carter's approach leaves you knowing what needs to be done. The process is extreamly easy to understand and everything is laid out before leave the office. would recommend North Gate Dental to anyone.
