Recommendedwhenever I need something repaired they do it right away the office is very helpful still working very hard the maintenance men of fixing the pool making it look very good they do work very hard I would highly recommend this place and if you do have a problem they resolve it right away

There were 16 days that I applied for an apartment in the Northgate apartaments and my application was canceled due to lack of some vouchers, at the time of application I was well attended and I received an email telling me that in 10-15 business days I would receive the value of $ 500.00 back application. And today it's been 16 days and so far I have not received anything back and not even a plausible explanation. Get alert.
I like it very much!! It beats being homeless for 5 years! Maybe, YOU'D appreciate your home a little more, if you were ever homeless!! Your just nit picking! Your not in a 5 star condo building in Boston!! Im just grateful, to have a roof over my head. Yes, something's are wrong, but your not gonna get complete perfection.. Please, don't raise the rents, im already paying $50 out of my own pocket. I only live on disability, which is $740 a month!! Housing pays my rent, they won't go any higher!!
