The whole experience with One Hour was very impressive from start to finish. Great customer service from the person who called me to schedule an appointment to Matt the service technician. He called to let me know he was coming, showed up within the time frame promised, was very professional when he entered my home and explaining this to me. Very polite and courteous. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT JESSE, IT WOULD TAKE ALL DAY HE WAS VERY PATIENT ,PROFESSIONAL AND WENT OVER ALL THINGS IN DETAIL HE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE ARRANGEMENTS FOR GETTING A NEW FURNACE. REALLY APPRECIATED. WANT TO SAY THANK YOU AGAIN THE TWO MEN WHO BROUGHT THE FURNACE AND INSTALLED IT, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL ,EVERYTHING WAS WAS GOOD.
