They gave me a time (delightful receptionist) and they showed up within the time frame. Fixed the problem in a short amount of time & gave me an education (I can still learn at 75) about filters and such. I would have given them more stars but they only allow 5. I will recommend them to everybody!

Wyatt was at our house today for our fall furnace check. He is always polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He has been our service guy for the past 3+ years. We love our spring and fall visits from him. He is like family! We can’t wait to see him again in the spring for the A/C check!

Jessie from 1 hour heating and air conditioning was at my place this morning for my annual furnace check-up. It was a great check up and I'm very pleased to say I'm ready for the cold weather so I can turn on the furnace. If you aren't currently using one hour heating and air conditioning, I highly recommend them. It's a great service.
