Our experience with Tim started out great when he seen dollar signs off a commission check. The entire process from him involved a lot of miscommunication, lies and unanswered questions only to find out the day before closing that he had been lying to us all along, and we would not be able to close on a house we already poured money into. Not even an apology from him, thousands of dollars gone and so many hours wasted just to have our dreams shattered because he was chasing a check and didn’t care about us or our family.
