Tim and his team at Northern Mortgage were nothing short of relentless during our mortgage process. We needed a very fast approval to submit an offer spur of the moment and Tim worked through the weekend while taking care of a sick wife! His dedication to his clients is second to none. 2026 - I have been reached out to by text and by mail repeatedly by this “lender” even after asking to not be contacted. My experience with Northern Mortgage, specifically with lender Tim Meduna, was deeply disappointing. Despite assurances of a 25-day closing period, it became evident far too late that this timeline was unrealistic.
