I think the school and staff are some of the most caring and concern people I have ever met. My two years at NIU was challenging but the long hours of commuting and studying was worth it!! Goal accomplished Bachelor in Political Science.
Great school with fine educators and a great Greek life . I recommend it to anybody
Family and Friend Weekend was terrible!!!! They didn't offer everything on the scheduled!!! STOP PUTTING Thing on the scheduled and don't tell people we changed something!!! I didn't get my goodies bag and hotel room was mess up!!!! No manager to deal with the problem,I don't think I will do it next year!!!! A BIG LET DOWN!!!!

NIU is making an improvement in higher learning. This university will be the right fit for you. I like the events, organizations, facility, academic courses, etc.
I've lived in the community for over 20 years and there's always something new & exciting about NIU. The staff, professors and students are super friendly--it's always nice to meet new members of the community.
Niu is awesome They include everyone And they have an awesome sports programs and teachers
This school changed my life. Love the atmosphere and the people. The SOTD is superb and I couldn't ask for a better place to have a well rounded school experience!
