Parking is a serious issue anyone? Something must be done. The fines are criminal! I think a lawsuit should be considered for fines.
The best University in Illinois. The Best education with good transportation facilities and Infrastructure.
Absolutely prepared me for a career in education.
The Hoffman campus made it easy for me to complete my MBA on a part-time basis while working and when my kids were little. The MBA program was top-notch and the skills I learned in leadership and negotiation classes have served me well! (And I look forward to bringing my SOUL Harbour Ranch mini therapy horses to NIU again soon!)
As an alumna, '96, a member of the community, and an employee, I am excited with leadership changes that have taken place and am hopeful NIU continues on a path that will make us all proud!
85 dollars for orientation. I ended up crying half way through it. Very rude staff, horrible orientation. No one knew anything about my transfer credits and my advisor had no clue about anything. I had signed up for classes and dropped them before the term started. Best decision of my life.
I enjoyed my time at NIU, and loved Dekalb. The campus and town were quaint and safe, loved the education I got, and enjoyed football and basketball games on campus. Great school! GO HUSKIES!
Way to go. Fire a THIEF and then give him a $600,000 severance package.Your board of directors is composed off large group of assholes. Nice way to waste taxpayer $$$. You all should be ashamed.
Professors are willing to help students. Some areas around the campus are not safe.
