I called Rod on the weekend to let him know that I had a water main line leak. He showed up the same day to check it out. Within 2 days the job was completed. This involved excavation, horizontal boring and full line replacement. This is the second time I have used his company for this type of repair/replacement. His team is always professional, and leave the job site like new. Don’t call anyone else.
These Guys are great!! We had a very bad issue at one of our properties, we got quotes from 5 different places. Not only where they the lowest but they also had the shortest lead time and by far the best warranty. Everyone there worked with us and helped us understand each step. Cannot recommend them enough, glad we found them! We will be using them for all our properties moving forward!
Rod and his team made it to our house just a couple hours after we called - on a Saturday! I was doing some repairs on our home when I cut straight through a pipe and water was spewing EVERYWHERE. I am so grateful to this company. Rod and Phil came out on a Sunday to save me when water was pouring all over the floor. Communication - excellent. They kept me informed of when they would be arriving and answered every call and text I made. Interaction - they didn't speak down to me or "mansplain" anything! This company is very professional and fairly priced. When I had issues with my garbage disposal the young man that came to replace it was very helpful and nice. He took the time and was very careful with removing and installing my new one. I would call this company again in a heart beat if I have other issues in the future!
Rod has a GREAT team working for him!!! Brandon and Joe installed my beautiful new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal yesterday! We used Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain for two shower projects -- one a tub/shower and one a shower stall. Their high quality work included removing and installing a new tub; installing a new sink faucet; installing mixing valves and fixtures; removing existing tile and shower pan; framing and tiling both showers. Rod showed up with his long time work partner, Rod, to fix my slow drain in the shower and bathroom sink. They corrected the problem in no time, were pleasant and professional. I liked that they showed up when they said they would, and they didn't charge me for any unnecessary work. I thought I needed a scope to check out my line from the house to the curb. Rod was punctual and knew what he was doing. He replaced a drain in my guest house and told me the actual faucet was leaking as well. He only charged me one trip charge and came out the next working day to replace the faucet., Top notch service!
