Rod at Northern Colorado Plumbing and Drain Service is an excellent example of how things are supposed to be! I called him late on a Friday for what I thought would be a simple and easy kitchen sink blockage issue to be resolved I was prepared to wait until the next week for an available timeslot. *** told me he would be at my house at 8:30 on Saturday. I called on a Saturday morning because water was pouring out under my dishwasher and through the sub flooring into my basement. In a panic I shut off all the water to the house. Rod patiently talked me through shutting off the valve on the line leading to just the dishwasher, (which I didn’t know about). He waited on the line until I located the valve, though he was not obligated to help me with an appliance problem. I called Rod on the weekend to let him know that I had a water main line leak. He showed up the same day to check it out. Within 2 days the job was completed. This involved excavation, horizontal boring and full line replacement. This is the second time I have used his company for this type of repair/replacement. His team is always professional, and leave the job site like new. Don’t call anyone else.

These Guys are great!! We had a very bad issue at one of our properties, we got quotes from 5 different places. Not only where they the lowest but they also had the shortest lead time and by far the best warranty. Everyone there worked with us and helped us understand each step. Cannot recommend them enough, glad we found them! We will be using them for all our properties moving forward!

Rod and his team made it to our house just a couple hours after we called - on a Saturday! I was doing some repairs on our home when I cut straight through a pipe and water was spewing EVERYWHERE. It was a nightmare. Having no knowledge regarding anything plumbing I was semi-frantic. Rod was able to talk me through turning the water off completely through the house over the phone before any more unnecessary damage was caused. I am so grateful to this company. Rod and Phil came out on a Sunday to save me when water was pouring all over the floor. Communication - excellent. They kept me informed of when they would be arriving and answered every call and text I made. Interaction - they didn't speak down to me or "mansplain" anything! They were very so thorough in helping me understand the issue and my options. Clean - they took their shoes off! This company is very professional and fairly priced. When I had issues with my garbage disposal the young man that came to replace it was very helpful and nice. He took the time and was very careful with removing and installing my new one. I would call this company again in a heart beat if I have other issues in the future!

Rod has a GREAT team working for him!!! Brandon and Joe installed my beautiful new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal yesterday! These guys were FRIENDLY, AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONAL, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, WORKED TOGETHER AS A TEAM, and ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!! Brandon and Joe, thank you both again so much!!!!
