I have been dealing with the pain in my back for 8 months. The doctors and staff are very good and extremely nice, polite, and professional. On the other hand, scheduling is slow, slow, and slower. The doctor wants to do a procedure on my lower back as an extension of the nerve ablation. He out the order in over 2 weeks ago and told me I could expect a call within a week because this procedure didn’t require pre-authorization from insurance.
