Went in to ask for an estimate, since I want to replace my condos AC, and since I’m between jobs and worked for a contractor for 7 years, I thought I’d hand in my resume in case they needed some office support. As a former Quality Manager with 2 large manufacturing companies, I know what quality service is. Ryan, Sean and Brandon analyzed my problem and returned the next day and fixed it. Not only did they fix the problem but their attention to detail was excellent. I highly recommend Northern Air and will never use anyone else for my AC needs.

I trust this team. I had another company tell me my non-functional AC needed a whole replacement, $10k project. Northern Air came out an in a half hour found a faulty component, their repair cost me like $200 and my AC has been blowing cold and flawlessly for yesrs ever since. I have thwm come once a year to inspect/make sure everything looks normal. Don't gamble on other shops that might lie and rake you over the coals. These guys are solid.
