RUN! What used to be a great shop has lost its way! The owners personal home flooded again in Hurricane Helene and they just can't keep all the balls in the air! I own 5 properties in St. Pete and NA was maintaining 4 of them. They now maintain none of them! While I enjoyed interfacing with the crew, Garland the owner will give you lip service and then do what is going to make it easier and cheaper for him regardless of your instructions and or if you're willing to pay for it to be done correctly.
