As a former Quality Manager with 2 large manufacturing companies, I know what quality service is. Ryan, Sean and Brandon analyzed my problem and returned the next day and fixed it. Not only did they fix the problem but their attention to detail was excellent. I highly recommend Northern Air and will never use anyone else for my AC needs.

I trust this team. I had another company tell me my non-functional AC needed a whole replacement, $10k project. Northern Air came out an in a half hour found a faulty component, their repair cost me like $200 and my AC has been blowing cold and flawlessly for yesrs ever since. I have thwm come once a year to inspect/make sure everything looks normal. Don't gamble on other shops that might lie and rake you over the coals. These guys are solid.

my mother inlaw was all stressed out about her ac problems, she was told she needed new, northern came in and within a couple of hours it was serviced and up and running, thank you for taking your time with her and making her feel at ease, all for a fair price, thanks again from mrs h gibson

Northern Air was Awesome! Family Business! Bonnie in the office, so nice and polite, a pleasure to talk to! Her Husband Garland was Dynamite! Very very knowledgeable about my Air conditioner Install! Answered All my Questions! He was very confident about Everything! And I did my Homework on price and unit, I got 5 Estimates, other companies wanted to charge me More! and Sell me a little undersized machine ( unit) , Garland brought me what I wanted at a very reasonable price!
