The people here are amazing and want to help in any way possible. I took my gecko to them (She was very sick) and we tried to save her. However, it seemed as though she had a deathly illness and we could not. As soon as they were notified of my beloved Beatrix's passing they took the extra step to call AND send me a condolence card. That speaks on so many levels to me. Thank y'all so much!
Everyone from the receptionist, vet techs, and wonderful and thorough vet got my husband and I through a desperate time with our very sick dog, Sophie. Everything was explained and all options laid out. We ultimately came to the compassionate decision to put her to sleep. We, including our dog, couldn't have been treated with more concern and sympathy during this horrible time. I only wish I knew all their names as they are all heroes to me, and I couldn't be more grateful.
Our dog passed away less than 30 minutes after being home after she was given a "70% chance" of living. They knew our dog was dying but yet tried to convince us otherwise and even graciuosly sold us $300 worth of "medication" to give a dead dog. When confronted we were told " a slim chance is better than none"......70% is slim? We are not the only folks that have been yanked around. They have a well pronounced line for doing this sort of thing. This place is after money and by far the least professional vet in this county.
