My cat Grayden was in critical condition. Dr Doug and all the staff were supportive, understanding & successful in saving Grayden’s life. Thank you to the entire staff who helped him & helped his parents through this. He is back home. I know they care about the babies that come there.
It's shameful that you would post a picture portraying one side of a story and attempting to incite an angry response towards someone who feels terriable when they are trying to protect their pet. It's victim blaming and libel!

I recently took my kitten to NEVH to be spayed and I was so pleased and happy with the care she received. Kitty was treated extremely well and had a great recovery from her surgery. I would highly recommend NEVH for exceptional pet care, for the fantastic staff, the customer service and the loving way the vets and staff handle animals. I was confident my cat was in great hands and I wasn't wrong. I'd easily choose NEVH again, should my pet need care.
If I could give less than one star I would. Took my dog that was in perfect condition to be boarded while my dad was on vacation, only to be picked skinny, dehydrated, and with a BROKEN LEG, then you try to charge us to "fix" the leg after ALL the damage was done under YOUR care??! Y'all are nothing but a scam ripping good people from their hard earned money. I won't EVER recommend you to anybody and i hope everyone else finds another vet.
