Never again... Having recently moved to the area, I brought a new dog here for vaccines. Called first and was quoted $80 on the phone, the actual charge was over $160. Made the mistake of going back three weeks later for the DHPP booster and they wanted to charge another exam fee, another fecal test, etc. etc. in addition to the booster shot, for another $100+ visit. RecommendedUnfortunately I have a Great Pyrenees with heart issues, so we go often for checks. The staff is wonderful - many have probably talked to me over the phone while I'm sobbing worried about him. My Walter boy is 130 lbs and a STUBBORN baby - usually has to be carried in or kind of dragged/push walked. Everyone is always kind to me and him. I had to have my last fur baby euthanized today. A terrible painful day for me but it was made tolerable by Dr Doug and his assistant Zac. They were very caring and professional. I wasn’t rushed at all and was encouraged to take all the time I needed. This is my 2 bd dog that I have had euthanized there. They have a great setup to make the process very private and comfortable for you and your pet. Thank you, Dr Doug. My dog fell about three feet off bed and hit ribs in cedar chest edge flipped landed on side. This was his vet who had been treating him for pinch nerve in back. I immediately rushed him over as soon as it happen. They assured me they would squeeze him in to see a doctor but i had pay 50. That wasnt an issue he is a tiny maltipoo with fragile bones. Inadequate post surgery instructions, cone to large for my cat. Got home and he nearly died from strangulation. I waited in the parking lot for an entire hour for the surgery technician to show up to work. I was rushed with the post care instructions in the parking lot. Because of Covid I never got to see the veterinarian and nobody had the professional courtesy to call me at home to check on him. I asked in the morning and all day long when I could get him. Can't keep simple appointments. Couldn't figure out a simple food allergy in our rescue pup for two years. They were more than happy to sell him steroids every month though!

I just had to take my cat there as an emergency, and they were so kind and caring and helpful. They help me put my baby to rest and not suffer anymore. Their hearts are 100% in it and I appreciate them so so much.
