Very friendly and helpful!
We were traveling from NC home to FL with a very sick Dachshund. We googled and found this awesome vet hospital. Dr. Cecily and staff were very caring. They even came out to the car to talk to me. I had been up with our dog all night the night before and was exhausted. Dr. Cecily gave him an anti nausea shot and fluids and told us what to do if he wasn’t feeling better by the time we got home. This is my vet, but it is also my groomer. I have a miniature American Eskimo and Tammy does a fantastic job grooming her and thinning out her coat. I would strongly recommend using Tammy for all your pet grooming needs. I love the vet staff, so friendly and helpful, but I just find their services rather expensive.
Our 14 year old Mini Schnauzer recently had two growths and a lipoma removed. We were very hesitant for her to have this procedure because of her age. She did great and recovery is going smoothly. Dr. Cecily, Dr. Doug and staff are wonderful. They treated our dog as if she were theirs. We cannot thank you enough for helping her to feel better and be able to live a good quality life.
The staff at NEVH ensured that our Maggie girl was comfortable and loved in her last hour. Today we received a card signed by the staff as well as a paw print and clipping of her hair. The heartfelt care administered by this fine group of people is second to none.
All of the staff are wonderful but some shine more so. My dog, Kei adores Zach and he gets lots of attention from Hollis, Debbie and all the gals on front desk. Drs Doug and Cecily are excellent clinicians and caring people. I highly recommend this clinic!!!
Care and understanding staff at all levels. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking vet care.
