Beyond frustrated...All you think about is the money. I called to give a heads up about an emergency coming in. One of the girls that answered the phone goes on about how someone will have to come out and check if it's an emergency and that if he doesn't make it you, "Oh by the way we also offer cremation services." No, he didn't make it to the clinic.
RecommendedThis is the friendliest and best veterinary clinic in all of El Paso. I had to put my dog down and they made the process so easy. Bringing our new puppy here. Dr. Heaton and Dr. Giles, you guys rock. Keep up the great work of serving people and their pets. May God bless your budiness

RecommendedSo glad they take walk-ins. Have had excellent care for all 3 of my dogs and my cat. Sometimes the wait to be seen takes awhile, but only when I didn't make an appointment so it's my own fault.
